This medium not lending to the creative at heart, I shall keep this somewhat brief and just wish you a Happy Birthday there Old Timer.  (So much for the snappy Hallmark Card with the inspirational saying and the cute cartoon huh)

Wow, seventy-one years young.  All you need for your birthday this year I suppose is a SUV.  Shorts, Underwear and some Viagra. I swear, right now, if I had a Helium balloon, I would suck on it.

I guess it is all relevant, like you Sonnie my man, I am just as young as ever, but lately it takes a lot more effort.  I am no longer warned to slow down by the Police, but rather, by my Doctor instead.  Some people grow up and spread cheer, I just sorta grew up, and then spread!  Much like the biblical passage ... "All things must pass" ... I used to eat like a horse, now I look like one.

Life is so unfair at times.

With age, I find that things eventually change.  I am now starting for the house after a night on the town about the time I started to go elsewhere when I was young.  Sign of the times I guess, now is the time we learn to watch our step.  We are doing that.  Except we are not stepping out that much anymore.

No longer having to worry about avoiding temptation, it avoids me, at least most of the time it does.  Lately I have more on my mind, than I have on my head.  As my wife and I are virtually the same age, she no longer fibs about hers, she lies about mine instead.

Am I really this old and how is it, we reached this point in time?  How did I reach this bend in the road?  How on earth did this happen?  Why did I take a laxative and a sleeping pill at the same time?

Almost 3/4 of a century old, and still counting, this can not be possible.  I suppose for us, that time just sort of run by.  Small child, teenager, young adult, you know the rest, and here is the absolute best part .... we don't have to ask ourselves any more questions, you see, we already most likely know the answers.

Happy Birthday my friend, now blow out the candles and shut off the smoke detector and go out for some Catfish. *

I would have put this up on the Eagles Board but it no longer recognizes me as a member of the human race and will not allow me access.

Love it Don you know what they say about us old guys

"we can still jump as high it's just that we can't stay there that long"

I'll do some checking about you and the Eagle board the last time I checked your dues in EI were paid up for 4 years and the dues pay for the board so I don't know the reason it won't recognize a paid member but I will find out

good luck

Just checked Don's account for "user permissions" and they look fine to me.  Don has mentioned this problem several times and each time I check and it looks fine.

I can reset his password if he thinks that is an issue.

Here is what I get:

You exceeded the maximum allowed number of login attempts. In addition to your username and password you now also have to enter the confirm code from the image you see below.
Username:
Register
Password:
I forgot my password
Resend activation e-mail
Log me on automatically each visit
Hide my online status this session

The proof is in the pudding I suppose.  It does it to me all the time.  It won't take my original password, it won't take the last reset you gave me, it just does not work for me.
