Hi been a while.

So in the beginning of July we decided to take the bus to Blackfoot Id. A quick little
6 hour trip for a week of horse competition. Being I have just been putsing around
on the bus for the last 3 years it was time to actually install all the STUFF I have
been collecting. So in a two week time span: Plumbed the propane in(no leaks 8) )
Plumbed in water and sewer(except shower) Put down flooring to back bedroom
Installed kitchen cabinets and counter top Installed stove. Would have got more
done but had to move a wall 1/4" for the cabinet. Day before we were to leave tried
out the 12v water pump blew out the seal in the bathroom sink but the kitchen sink
held...Need to turn down the pressure on that pump ;) Trip was a joy with no road
issues. averaged 7mpg with 2 passes to go over. The bus did good enough we will
be taking another 6 hour trip for another competition. Is this what you call sneaking
into bussing? ;D
will post pictures of my almost handy work in the next week.

The last thing I would ever want to do is hurt you.
Its the last thing but its still on the list.

Bob,

I think that would be great. Booked til mid September. Haying, funerals, and
horse stuff you know the usual stuff...Sounds like Maria is having her job expanded
to clinical director not the best thing but I have a feeling there will be no spur
of the moment fun in our future......So if we don't make it up to the wheatlands
soon it will have to be shrimpland or bust.

Hey Poppi, I did not know there was anyone else from Helena on here.  I've got an MC 7.  Parked at the ranch in the valley for the time being.  I'm suprised that I have not spotted your bus.  I bought the  baseball team's old bus.   John M.

In about a month and a half we may have our 5 in Helena for a few days while we visit a friend....of course all of this is subject to change at any given moment. :)
Used to own a 1968 MCI 5A and a 1977 5C.

Hi John,

There are a few of us around here. One down towards Townsend...nice guy
There was one in east helena but I haven't seen it for a while. Love to see what
you have been doing with yours.
Surprised you haven't seen it since it is parked behind the big brown barn :)
I live out by the glass slipper.

Ed,  Hopefully if you make it up here we can get together!

Cool, a bus rally in Helena.  Poppi, my maiden bus trip was out to the slipper and back.  Thought I was goin to blow it up on my first trip.  The grade to the west from the slipper was almost too much for third gear.  My shift from 2 to 3 took awhile, ended up lugging all the way up the hill.
I was out in your area just the other day.  I'll have to look closer next time.  John M.
