History of PD4106-648 ?

A friend is looking at this bus ( PD 4106 - 648 ) & is interested in where its been / where it was in service. Can anyone provide any history about it?

Hi Kyle -

PD4106-648 appears to have been part of a pool purchase by Queen City Coach Co., Charlotte NC in January, 1962.  Link to that info is here, it has to be pulled from an offline archive these days:

I also snipped it as a .png file attached.  Queen City was part of the Trailways system at one time.  There is a Queen City Tours company operating in Charlotte these days, not sure if there is a connection.  http://www.queencitytours.com/
