Hey Matt, the guy that did the junk business at the rally site in Quartzsite said the bus he was living in belonged to Ernes

He worked pretty much right up to the end. He seed like the kind of guy who was your next door neighbor that you knew forever. I never met him but that's the impression I got of him in that is what you saw if what you got away from TV.

He sold the bus years ago lot of stories about who had the bus I met a guy with a Beaver Prevost that tried to tell he owned Ernest bus which I knew better his was a CC conversion

We had the pleasure of visiting with him at Mike Wilson shop when Mike was doing some paint repairs he did have class he thought the Eagles were the best looking bus on the road he liked Matt's Eagle paint job he felt the painted rivets for hours wondering how Mike could do that so check for finger prints Matt lol

I used to deliver Troy-built rototillers and we had to deliver one to him in Mil Valley, California at his ranch. Met him there and he gave us a tour of the place. He had more heavy equipment than I had seen in one place other than Caterpillar dealer. When asked what hew did with it all, he said he like to drive it and play with it on his Ranch or about 160 acres. He have 4 huge Hot houses when he grew orchids of every kind with help from 5 other guys but mostly by him. Nice house and he was a very open person and very nice and funny as heck. He said to stop by any time, but never got the time to get back there.
