Dang sure would be cheaper to steal one than buy and keep one up. The jail time in between would give you time to figure out what you were gonna do update wise to the next one.

In our post 9-11 world, my actual first thought was some kind of a dry-run.
Randall... a noobie from Fresno, CA. Don't yet have a bus, but looking and leaning to an RTS. I like the lines and research indicates to me that while they have less storage, they seem to be simpler.

As we all know, the cost of acquiring the shell is not the major cost of the conversion.  Therefore, even stealing the shell does not help much.  Too bad he did not know that.
