New fender install ? Paperwork?

Just picked up my new fenders for my 1984 MCI 9. Anyone have some tricks of the trade on how to mount these babies quickly. Seems pretty straight forward but wanted to check before I dive in!  Ok. a quick update shows that my bus did not have the rear fenders as an option and so I am looking for any information on how to install them. Seems like this job will get even more difficult as time goes on.  Perhaps someone has a print out of the installation.

I had to remove and re-install my rear ones on the 5C this winter for a wiring project. At least half the stainless bolts broke because the nuts were stuck to them. I went to a Bolt Supply store to find replacements. They are cheap black steel for now. The S.S. ones I would've had to buy a box of 100. Maybe 2 or 3 bus nuts could get together and share a box? IIRC, you need 13 per wheel.
