Crestron Remote System

Ok guys we are looking a bus with the Marathon Techlink system and a Crestron touch screen remote system do any of you here know anything about the Crestron I have called and you would think it is some top military secret between Marathon and Crestron they are no help and I do not want to buy a bus with modern electronics and software with problems and Marathon wants a open check book to fix the problem.

The Creston is used in homes and other places but their dealers are jerks the ones I asked for help from in FL anyway they want you to bring the unit in which would be great if the guy knew where it was located any help here ? there is a manual for the unit but no location where it is mounted seems like Marathon put it anywhere they choose

  Clifford, I think you've answered your own question. Electronics is how they rape us these days. If its that difficult today, it will only be more difficult tomorrow. And if customer service sucks now, well, thats not likely to get any better either.

Found out the control box for the Creston is missing and Marathon is going to reboot the TechLink it has a history in the past
