from here on the board last Thursday when I took a group of Amish folks up to Versailles, IN for a wedding.

I dropped them off at the farm where the wedding was to be and I headed for a hotel.
Well I already knew that Chaz lived less than 30 minutes north of Versailles in Batesville, IN and when a computer check showed that the closest hotels were in North Vernon or Batesville (same distance) it was a no brainer to go to Batesville.

I checked in to a hotel and touched base with Chaz. He said he could meet me about 11:30 for lunch and then show me his bus, studio and place.

Well I tell ya what he's definitely an artist with a knack for metal working. And he's got a house that is a work of art in itself.

If ya get a chance to go to Batesville, IN you won't be disappointed with the fifty cent tour.
