Clifford, you beat me too it. I was going to say the exact same thing. I know, because we have seen quite a few Bobby Easter specials also .

The 1156 (if I remember correctly, but I think the 1157 were wrong) was a direct replacement. Those towers are bright. We are very pleased.

I considered putting surface mount LEDs on there instead, but I canned that. The current turn signal housings are inset in the side. I didn't want to do bodywork, and I didn't want to leave the hole. This worked out very well.
