Ok, we seem to have a lot of procrastinators (yeah I have been known to be guilty of that too).  People that have said they are coming but have not gotten their rally and/or workshop registrations turned in.  Please folks, lets get them mailed in.  Owners of over 100 buses have told me they are coming, but as of today I don't have close to that many registration turned in.

No, we aren't going to turn folks away that show up without preregistering, or that send in their registration just before, BUT, the caterer for the rally needs to "know" how many meal servings to prepare for.  The rally instructors need to know how many students to prepare materials for.  And much of the fixed expense of the rally we have to prepay before it starts.  So if you are coming, please make sure you have sent in your registration.  If not, please definitely put it in the mail Monday.

Folks that want to come but wish to put it on a credit card (I have been asked that several times now) - our regular merchant account provider would have a fit if we ran that much additional volume on top of our usual.  But we can receive payments by PayPal which will let you use a credit card.

So if you want to use PayPal, privately let me know your email address and I'll send a PayPal invoice so you can use a credit card via PayPal even without a PayPal account.   However, if you can use a check or money order, please do that instead.

Information and registration forms:

Rally:  www.BusConversions.com/rally/
Workshops:  www.BusConversions.com/workshops/

And as a reminder, the rally is October 14-17 in Chattanooga, TN and early arrivals and late departures are fine with the payment of the additional nights camping fees.  The workshops are October 11-13 and October 18-21.  See the above link to see which workshops are on which days.

School buses, old buses, tin tents, and RV's are entirely welcome.  Don't have a bus or RV?  No problem, there will be buses for sale here too. (or you can just stay in one of the motels nearby)  Kids, grandkids, and pets are welcome, on leashes when outside.  (ok, ok, just the pets need leashes  ;D )

I plan on being there for a day or maybe two, sent a form off a week ago or so.  The bus is in our shop for modifications, and finishing her innards so she is not serviceable at this time.  I'll buzz down in the car as Chattanooga is only a 'couple' hours east of here.

Dick (K234039) is stopping by our place in a few days and says he's heading there as well.  However, I can't speak for him so, so consider this a rumor.  =)
