Didn't think it would ever come this far. Yesterday installed first marine vinyl on ceiling. First I installed 38 inch wide by nearly 45ft long 1/4 inch Luann over the insulation screwed to the center ribs of the ceiling. 2ND step stapled a layer of quilt batting to it.  Third stapled and stretched the vinyl to it. Today I am install a 1 1/ 2inch wide strip down each side to cover staples and drop ceiling lines on side 2 inches. This is 2ea 1 inch thick strips  the second being 2 wide. this will leave a hidden 1/2 deep ledge for led strip lighting in the side trim. All will be covered with vinyl. Once down the 2 inches the side 22 inch wide panels will be installed and trimmed. Above the side panels is electrical conduit.    For those not familiar with my project this is a salvage rebuild of a 45XLE Prevost I paid 1200$ for.   Build still looks to be in 20grand final cost.  Bob
