I have a 1980 MC-5C with the stock 4 oil-bath air cleaners.  I've taken out the obvious bits, but the four housings look like they are part of the bus, not a bolt in piece.  I need the space for my turbo.  What is a good way to remove them?  I can do brute force and ignorance, but I prefer skill and cunning...

Well, flame wrench it is I guess!  Not  today, heat index is going to 120 here today, in cold cold Hamilton...

Well duh.  I went out again and with the sun streaming in the engine bay there, clear as day, are four bolts that hold the whole air cleaner assembly in place.  I say again, "Duh".  I must have looked at that thing a dozen times trying to figure how to get it out.

Skill and cunning devolves to "find the 9/16" wrench and wack that sucker out of there"
