Gotta love that...  But what struck me was the woman standing there peering under the hood of her nearly submerged car.  What was she hoping to see and/or fix?  Did she really think that maybe a loose battery cable was her problem?

The woman was trying to add water to the radiator of course...
I think bus driver shoulda been fired... could have caused car to roll on to the woman, or possibly further swamp the car, and who knows if there was a child  in the car... If the bus driver was my employee, that person would at least have been yelled at for quite a while...

Unless maybe it was some true emergency, unit 62 seems to have pulled a really dumb move.

The "battery checker," seemed to have no concept that the large approaching wave could swamp her, she didn't prepare by bracing herself or anything.  Geeez.
