Nice looking set. How hard were they to get into the bus, did you have to remove the windshield?

Out of interest, did the manufacturer recommend heights for the dinette seats and tabletop, or did you specify those? Looks like your dinette seats are at the same height as the couch seats, whereas I think it's usual for them to be higher as you sit in a different posture when you're eating as opposed to relaxing on a couch.

Having said that, I'm not really sure what height is considered correct for the dinette seats and tabletop, so for my bus dinette I just copied the dimensions of my house dining chairs & table. I'm also not sure how much the tabletop should 'overlap' the seats in a dinette (which are of course in a fixed position, unlike normal dining chairs)

A shameless plug for my business - visit www.magazineexchange.co.uk for back issue magazines - thousands of titles covering cars, motorbikes, aircraft, railways, boats, modelling etc. You'll find lots of interest, although not much covering American buses sadly.

They are all the same height the table folds down and the whole thing folds out into one long bed. They forgot to make the cushion that goes over the table. But here is what it looks like all folded out.

I did have to go with a 22" wide table to make it fit with the passenger captains chair in place. But it is fine.

This is really cool. What do you do with the cushion separating the couch from the dinette when you fold them down? How hard were they to get into the bus?

Very, very cool.  8)

It was very easy to get in right through the door. The cushion that goes on the table stores under the couch . It has drawers under every section of the dinette and full storage under couch. I love all the storage.
