Rats ...    :(  OK Busswarrior.  I got a goofy little 'lectric horn.  And it is GOOFY.  Guess that'll have to be another project.  Need to hook up one of those big AIR HONKERS!!!  :D

Hello Phil.

Easy to do, foot valve is a bendix part, any parts place should be able to get it, and you run an air line off the tank under the driver, it's for the auxiliary part of the air system, no harm to the brake system, air horns are readily available from the scrap yard.

No dumb questions in my world!
