Keep Rally Threads on Bus Discussion or Move Them To Up Comming Rally's section

I'm not sure but, I don't like seeing them over and over

Maybe we could just get Nick to personally caution the rally sponsors to go easy on the bumping and banners and moving signs and take it a step at a time to try and please everybody! Probably won't be any additional rallys scheduled for this year anyhow.
