Just a quick question here, am thinking about buying a 98 Tracker 2 dr for a toad.  I just ran a quick search for shipping costs and came up with 650$ from Millville Utah to Stillwater Mn.  Sound reasonable?

Good news & bad news!
Good news is that price is about right on the $ as it equals about fitty cents a mile!

Bad news is Clifford is pretty accurate on his quoted value! (as usual!)

Was that using Uship? (if not try them, you might even get it done around $400 but don't hold yer breath! ;))

BK, I have saw individuals trying to sell the 1998 4 door model for 4 grand, a guy from Canada paid him 2500 bucks for it and we get a lot of Trackers for sale here for some reason

good luck

I had a couple of big trucks and an auto shipped to AR by amateurs using their goose neck trailers. I've never had an unsatisfactory experience. I had a big truck shipped from VA, a fire truck from IL, a Lincoln from AZ and a Barracuda to WA.

The website for contacting them is; http://www.yesterdaystractors.com/cgi-bin/clasquery.pl?mode=All&Parameter=&AdSelect=FS&firstrec=76&lastrec=100&StateParam=AllStates

These are classifieds by people pulling trailers around the country who want to make a little extra cash when they need to drive from one place to another. Some of them are regular highway gypsies who just like to drive around the country.

The prices are way lower than commercial transporters.

Clifford if the 97 is a 2 door, 4 wheel drive, and from a rust free part of the country, I would be interested.  Up here in Minnesota the bodies of the Trackers go fast with our well salted roads.

Did you buy the tracker? I've been looking for a toad and that is in my backyard. Kent
