Hot air ventilation on newer MCI buses

On the newer model MCI, (DL3 or Rennissance), with the louvered blower panels-does the air that the blowers pull through the radiator exit through the louver panel instead of blowing down into the engine compartment?

Up through the 102C3 series, the twin radiators are mounted high with the familiar squirrel cage blowers blowing down into the engine compartment.  Then with the D series that is still being made the radiators are still mounted high on the rear but use conventional coolant radiator with an air to air intercooler mounted next, each with their own standard blade fan with clutch belt driven up from the engine, but intake is through the side of the bus and exits directly rear into the air.  The E series and G4500 Renaissance is mounted low to the left of the engine with the air to air intercooler mounted next to the coolant radiator running through a common fan shroud with single fan blowing into the engine compartment.  Good Luck, TomC
