late 80's half the large yachts in Newport RI had a chopper on top. we used to laugh and wonder if any of them flew. Then of course it had to happen, saw one that had TWO helo's on top lol.
we love our buses!!! NE Pa or LI NY, or somewhere in between!

Nothing wrong with caging the parking brakes on a stored vehicle.

In fact, more busnuts should adopt the practice to keep the linings from bonding to the drums and making trouble for the Spring.

I see a Detroit and a shifter for an automatic.

Some interesting aerodynamic touches...

This thing would be neat to take for a spin, but wow, lots of work ahead for someone!

happy coaching!

I agree, totally ugly and no place for it as an RV conversion.  There may be some commercial marketing type use for it, though I can't imagine what it might be.

It has a fifth wheel you guys are out of touch here lol the trend now is have a 53 ft trailer converted to a RV with the roof slides to make a 2 story and the side slides to double the width and that is a unique tractor and I have saw a lot worse looking buses.
If only I were a little younger but the plate is full now and time is running

Hey Clifford I just had another brainstorm! ...................
Yeah look out...........but seriously this is a GREAT one! (but then again ain't all of mine?)

You could build a platform in the rear of the trailer that the "fuselage" of you new project would fit on and leave the tail & rear rotor sticking out the back!

Now I garun-damn-tee ya it would definitely get alot of attention! I can hear people saying "Wow I've heard of and seen stretched "limo's & other vehicles before, BUT.............THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I EVER SAW A STRETCHED HELICOPTER!  ;)

It needs a rocket pod and a couple of missiles mounted under the wings to clear out the slow moving traffic... Probably wouldn't have to use them, a glance in the rear view and the intimidation factor would probably convince them to let you around...

A shameless plug for my business - visit www.magazineexchange.co.uk for back issue magazines - thousands of titles covering cars, motorbikes, aircraft, railways, boats, modelling etc. You'll find lots of interest, although not much covering American buses sadly.
