Floor Covering Question

Looks great!
I will most likely keep carpet in the back. I am still trying to decide what to do in the "Bunk area" I like the carpet for the warm feet factor but that area gets a lot of traffic too.

If I go with the Reflex stuff, I will use one with a smooth texture everywhere but the stairs. I can imagine the textured kind would be hard to clean.
