Appears to be quite the scam. Googled the address and came up with this:

Don't see any bus yards anywhere near this address.

Yes, on Google Earth, it appears to be a fairly ordinary office building, although it's sort of odd that it is connected by a driveway to the church next door. Google also shows that a beauty salon and spa is in the same building, as is a lawyer's office, and a building cleaning service. The kicker is that "Avalon Lease Services" has that address (although it might not have an actual office there) with the same phone number as the "bus sales". Wonder who "Avalon Lease Services" is? "Avalon Lease Services" also advertises auto insurance -- I wonder how all this would go down with the PA Insurance Dept.?

Lets not confuse this with busforsale.com in Tenn. He is a legit buisness and an honest fella. Bought my bus there a few years back.
