I missed a deal

Man, I missed a deal on CL.  A 40x60'x16' engineered metal building with a 14'x14' roll up door, a 10'x10' roll up door, and two 3'0"x6'8" doors, bolt up type building, to be dismantled for $5900.  It lasted about 5 hours on Craigslist.  I could have easily dismantled this, poured a slab for $3.50 a sqft and had me one heck of a shop and bus barn. 

This was almost as good as "jumpsuitman's" eagle 20 deal that fell through.

I'll keep looking for another steal, er, steel building I mean.

The Jumpsuitman came out better for the deal falling through....  Maybe you will too. 

One thing I have always said is that nobody ever sees the best deals on Craigslist because they are listed and gone so fast.
