Red Rider

We just returned home from the Rally in Quartzsite AZ that was put on by the Eagles. My wife and I offer our sincere thanks to all those who spent so much of their time to put this thing together. They made it possible for folks like us to fully enjoy the sights and sounds of the Bussing community. Our 4106 was parked by some truly magnificent Eagles that where owned by some truly hospitable people.

Looking forward to next year and thank you again.

Mike and all Quartzsite attendees, We are glad you enjoyed the rally. To many people thank them all, but it would not gone as well without their help. Next year we will have a combined rally again. Larry Hall and I will get together latter this year and work things out. Both clubs will share duties next year. And as far as that goes if some other clubs want to join us let Larry or I know. The weather was the best I have seen in the 7 or 8 years that I have been going. It was a lot of fun to see many different types of busses in one place. As always it is a great place to meet new people and swap ideas about buses.

Thank You Wayne

Red Rider

Thanks again Wayne. Larry already knows to put me on the "will help list".

RJ, if you go to mcibustalk.com  and go to the photo section you will see the pictures i took at the rally.  I had some trouble getting the link to work but if you scroll down a bit you will find the one that works.

I had a great time at this years rally-- I'm #55 in John's Photobucket.  For all the people that were concerned about my generator fan making horrible noises-- when I got back to Prescott I pulled the remote radiator generator fan off and found that the lock bolt that held the fan to the shaft had got loose so the fan was rubbing on the housing.  Simple fix, but why did it happen WHEN I got to Quartzsite and not before I left???

Thanks Bruce,
I'm already back in Utah. It sure was cold when I went through Parker. I think I won't mind missing the race today. That Havasu idea sounds pretty good tough.

Geoffs fan noise was something but that beautiful RTS made up for it. Nice Job "neighbor".
