DDEC 8V92T and HT740

I am removing the 5 speed manual transmission from our 1992 MCI 102 and installing an HT740.The 8V92 is DDEC and the transmission has a cable operated modulator valve.I have been told that Allison makes a kit that uses a translator that plugs into DDEC and converts the throttle position  to an electric modulator? Anyone heard or knows the part number for the kit? Our local Allison dealer wasn't able to get much info.  Steve
