Anyone know why this would happen?

The only way I could think of getting fuel in the radiator in your 4104 is a cracked head.  If you have a fuel heater that works off the bus cooling system that is another possibility.

sure it's not a little oil ?maybe a bad oil cooler.  Don't sound good either way. automatic?

Manual

Bus runs great other than noticing the fuel in the cooling system.  Any tips to test for a cracked head  ?  I don't even know if there is a fuel heater.  I will look into that.  Thx for the help

If the head was cracked wouldn't there be a loss of coolant and possible overheating?

I meant a crack in the fuel galley of the head leaking into the cooling passage.
