Sonnie is right......I looked at this Eagle project and spoke with the owner, Boyd Green, approx 2 months ago.  It is sitting off Hwy 287 in Chilicothe, TX just like David said.

Boyd told me the "project package" includes the 1988 40' Model 15, a wrecked semi tractor with a Series 60 and auto trans, new R&M front & rear caps, custom bay doors, an extra Allsion 740 auto trans and other numerous conversion parts.......all bundled together Boyd is asking $10,000.

The Eagle currently has no engine, trans, radiators, fuel tank, siding, windows, dash, electrical, etc.  Boyd told me all rusted steel has been replaced, the engine compartment modified to accept the Series 60 including raising the floor above the engine, drivers area raised, front entry door removed and a side mid-entry doorframe & steps fabricated in front bay area.  Boyd said a roof raise was next on his list followed with the addition of the Series 60 & Allison trans, but he gave up on the project and is ready to pass it on to another busnut.

Boyd also has another late 1980's Model 15 bus available for parts.  It doesn't have an engine or trans, but still has the siding, doors, glass, etc.  I believe he was aking $1,000 for the parts bus.

Boyd's phone # is 940-839-8408.  He is a very nice man and was a lot of fun to talk buses with.  :)

I wish I had the money and a place to buy and rebuild this. It looks like a great start up project. Put a couple of slides in, one in the bed room and one on drivers side front along with a slide out patio on the passenger side,.  ::). Sand blast all of this frame and add reinforcements and then zinc and paint. Would be a great project.
