Is there something I can buy at Home Depot that I can seal under my Roof mount AC?

Get the 5200 by 3m it is wonderful stuff. It is in a caulking tub that is metal. Seal it with a cap or nail and tape it up after use or it will dry up quick. Its in the paint section.

If you talking about the gasket leaking buy a stick of the pipe wrap insulation,cut 1/2 into and cut corners on a 45 glue the corners then you have a good gasket
