Gen problem

Was attending the race at Dover this past week,  Friday had my 7.5 Onan, diesel, liquid cooled genset running all day, midday everything but the genset shut down, Inverter, and three air-conditioners. A meter check showed 90 volt output, I adjusted the rpm to get 108 volts, however the inverter showed a improper cycle, so I shut it down, and made other arrangements to survive the weekend. also my air-conditioners will not resart with correct shore power (just pops the breakers)

Any suggestion as to the problem, or repair,

I would start here, with my main off in the panel, no load, I would measure the generator output voltage and hertz.

Should be 120 volts at 60Hz.  I will make a WAG that you can't get one of them.  Since your voltage dropped to 90, its no surprise that everything shut down.  Hopefully they did not burn up. Remember less voltage equals more amp draw, until you let the smoke out.

On why it won't run on shore power.  I would shut down all breakers and try one unit at a time while monitoring the voltage on your meter.
making sure your voltage doesn't drop down when any single item is powered.
