AMEN Kyle, I have been around them for years, my experience has been that an overzealous tire guy bends the lock ring getting it off, then tries to force it back, that just don't work!

Be keenly aware that there have been more people maimed and killed by split/lock rims than were killed in WWII.  I have seen the result of a lock ring exploding off with only 20 lbs of air pressure.  It ain't a pretty site!!

Ned, I would LOVE the rims!
I am starting to get better, turns out I was being treated for possible Pnumonia (Spelling) and flu, I did not totally understand that when I left the doctor.
Get better my friend!

Like them or not you can still buy the wheel and the lock ring new they are not illegal to buy or sale.
I saw new lock rings for sale at a local shop for 30 bucks ea they probably had 30 or more.

good luck
Life is short drink the good wine first

Ned, on second thought, if Kyle want them, let him at them.

Anybody coming by Uncle Ned's on their way to Texas (either Dallas area or Rio Grande Valley area) could bring them rims down for me? I would surely appreciate it!
