I was thinking about him too, for some reason.  He  said he expected to be away for up to 6 months...  I hope his surgery went fine!

I am still where I was.  No surgery sched.  Now it looks like Jan-Feb time frame.  Snafu between VA departments set it all back 1 month+.

Carolee will let you know if I get the white cane.  I already have the matching black ones.  Told the Doc I will need a arm graft to use the third cane.  He put me in for a walker....what a card.  Nice walker though.

Forgive me here, whats the problem? I probably was told or know but somewhere along the line it passed into the dismal swamp and sank, I had noticed the lack of a johned on the board but somehow had placed in the catagory of a trip or run of some sort. The very mention of surgury brings up the thought of difficult times and recovery that is never easy, especially as we get slightly older, let us know if there is anything we can do to make this easier or be a help in any way.
