Well my run of bad luck this year continues....we are just east of Kansas city and I have a drive tire that is literally about to fall apart....Checked with a bunch locals to no prevail they all laughed and tried telling me 12r.22.5 aren't used anymore...I don't have $$$ for 2 new ones only used :( any ideas or suggestions? is there another tire size that will fit on my rim? I just need to get the Nashville,Tn then parked again! I knew i needed new ones but some other issues have wiped out the budget...

I think you can use 11r's.  Put them on the front and move your 12R's from the front to the rear.  All four drive tires should match as closely as possible.

The metric version of the 12R-22.5 is the 315/80R-22.5.  But it is a much more expensive tire.  Those tire guys who say that the 12R-22.5 is not being used should stand up because they are mummbling.  Good Luck, TomC

My front has metrics on it now :) could i move those to the back and but something else on the front?

can't tell you to do that but sounds like you have a plan...do you know your front axle weight?.just make sure the tires you put there will carry that weight

Ek,

I am sorry I am not home right now. If I was, I would have gotten you on the road again. What specific town were you in? You weren't too far from my house.

God bless,

John
