a good used radiator for my coach. It's a Prevost H3-40, 8v92, auto. The radiator is 39 inches between tanks per Prevost and the oem part number is 550-609.

Thanks...

Man, Ace I hope you don't have to buy that from Prevost I needed one for a H-41 with a series 60 it was only 36 inches and those guys wanted my first born,I had one made from some outfit in Dallas Prevost used for repairs and the price was about 1/2 of Prevost but still cost 1500 bucks without tanks.
I'll look in the shop and see if I have the phone number for you

good luck

Ace, I bought one from Prevost and expected the same as Clifford, but I was floored when they priced it at 400 bucks to my door shipping included!  You just never know it doesn't hurt to price it!

Thanks Clifford! Half of what Prevost wants would be a steal and a bargain! If you can find the number let me know!

Pat let me say either you forgot one zero or you got a guy on the phone that didn't know sqaut. Today they priced mine at $3411.10 and it's ONLY in Canada! Mine isn't for the 60 series. That one is 36 inches long where as the one for the 92 is 39 inches!

Thanks for ANY and ALL leads!!

Ace -

Have you talked to a local HD truck radiator shop?

If your top and bottom tanks are ok, chances are good they might have a core that would work.  Maybe even more rows for additional capacity.

Worth a phone call?

I see you have a MC-7 combo. Does it still have the 4501 driveline?  If so, how do you like the 4501 driveline? I am quite involved with the Scenicruiser hobby. Do you know of many other 7 combos around? Just curious how many are left. Thanks

If you know of the whereabouts of a PD4501 Scenicruiser - I would like to add the serial number to my registry of surviving Scenics.  www.tomsgarageonline.com

Hi Tom to answer your q's; yes we have a scenic rear end setup compleat w/swing out side rad. we have gobs of room (I can stand inside on the starb side) we do have an intersting bit of wielding done apparently from the change over ..supposedly done by Blitz brothers in chicago in 1975 ish   supposed to have done 300 ish   over a period of 2-4 years when they reworked the bus I've been told they put in core 10 air boxes and sent the rear ends to the factory for rebuild or re gearing  (really not sure which)..It sure is hard to find anything out about this bus the #s too high to find on the foxfire listings and there seems to be no more info to be had... I did talk to a gent at ABC in Orlando 5 years ago that knew the po that started the conversion in Utah prior to his death.......Abc guy told me about blitz bros.,air box and rearend work...he also said abc bought 20 or so combos in the early 80's and capped them up  to look like  9's  to put in service...all this is 5 year old news from Orlando abc.....forgive me if I'm unclear.. I suffer from CRS....next q: I see a few around in ads, not more than 4-5 and we saw one for sale out at Jack Conrads rally once in Arcaida fl around2004-5, a 102" wide somehow, grey plastic bow with  no stainless  if memory serves....If any one knows what gears I might have or even the choices of what I might have let me know!  P.S. if it wasn't abc then it would have had to have been mci Orlando......
