I know mine does. There is a 100' of air hose and some fitting for it. Also that is where the lug wrench is. I think carrying a unmounted spare could work, it should save a lot of weight. I am not sure the steel one will match up with the alumiumim ones that are on there.
You can have this bus when you pry her from my cold dead fingers.
