Kyle, I will be there saturday evening with some bbq to supplement what ever is already there. I also have my bus for sale if anyone is interested in looking at it.

Kyle, we are trying to make it...getting a new roof on the house we hope next week.
If we come I plan to bring Speedies if the interest is there.

Well, we won't be there, I have been batteling pnumonioa and flu for over a week now and still don't know when I am back to work.  Just not in the cards this time.

Jack, lets put it another way, if used as a main course it takes one third pound of chicken per person, assuming 250 folks in Arcadia, that's about 75 pounds of chicken.  Or are you thinking as a side of sorts?

Jack that's nothing! One year recently the main meal consisted of a HALF chicken for each person! The concensus was, it was a little greasy but it was still good eating!

Actually, Jack, I was thinking about a place 12 miles south of Arcadia (Lightning  C Ranch) and a much smaller group. I would not expect you to try to make Speedies for 250-300 people.  Jack
