engine temperature and transmission temperature

i have a 1970 mci7 with a 7 v71T with a 750 automatic transmission i live in calgary and i go to black hill generally temperature outside is around 65 degrees to 85 degrees
what is normal engine operating temperature and on my transmission temperature what should the operating temperature be

depends on your thermostat setting as to temp.my 8 was 195 and trans oil temp ran about 20 degree more (Fahrenheit )
