Ok, Good....you heard him.  I recently heard that the gears that drive the cam are the ones that drive the alternator and "I guess" the PS pump.  When you lose them the entire engine is scrap...I'm told.  I think Clifford mentioned (could be wrong on the source) that the geatain has lash adjustments that NOBODY ever has adjusted and that slop also causes failure.

You understand my concern on the issue.  It ain't cause I love you alone ;) its cause Nusa and Hargreaves have burned into my mind that "the entire world is listening"  Wouldn't want your journey to lead some poor Moslem bus Knut in Bangladesh astray.  Would we?   AR, Ar, Ar. ::) ;D ;D :P

I got my replacement pump from Nimco. Between $100 and $140 but I don't remember exactly.
