Spotted busnut in Fort Pierce FL

I've seen this collection for a while and  sometimes get distracted admiring it while flying patterns around the airport.  It is right  on the base  to final turn for 10L, which is not  even shown on google earth so I know what image is at least a few years old.  Other threads have inspired me to find it on google maps and post it.  Anyone know this guy?

Does he have the measles? Or are the spots from something else?
