I think it is fair to say that one won't go a lot higher:

Poor condition / does not run. This bus needs an engine replacement. There is a shift problem in the transmission. The front and rear body panels are rusted out, and the floor is rotted. No key.

I want to know who was stupid enough to bid $100 for that bus?  Similiar buses with full running gear are a dime a dozen.

I thought about the scrap angle, but is it really worth enough to make money after the tow?  (I have no idea what a whole bus brings at the scrapper.)
