John, after looking at these mounts when taking the pictures it seems they are not new unused as you can see where the holes have had screws in them.

but they could not have been used long because they have no weather damage at all and otherwise look new

Now Dallas, you need to buy both the left and right hand
that way you could take 24 divide by 2 and you get 12 volt
