We have been taken a couple of times in the past by being too trusting, and giving too much money up front because of some hardship story we have been given. NEVER again. Some have tried, but, we held strong.
It is too bad people just dont have ethics anymore. Use to, if someone said they would do a job for you, it was done as quickly as possible, and honestly. Those were the good ol days,

Holy crap! Makes my layout look pretty lame... one gal termed it 'faux rustic' (trying to be nice, I'm sure). Trouble is, ain't no faux about it
