4106 in Los Angeles

Just saw a nice 4106 pulling a towed in Los Angeles on the 210 west.  The kicker was that an older petite lady was driving it-and driving it well.  It has three shaded orange stripes on it and had a ca license like "C2B Busn" or near that.  Anyone we know?  Good Luck, TomC
