how fascinating!  I knew nothing of the history of Eagle buses, yet they are historically linked to Setra, and manufactured in Europe until 1975!   With the name "Eagle" I always considered them the most American of buses! I have been proudly telling ya'll forever that todays SETRA is the younger brother of the ORIGINAL EAGLE! (both designed and built by Kässbohrer) ;D
