need help with my rear seating area

 rear of my 4106 sleeping area. we now have 2 gad awful electric confertmatic beds in the rear with an isle in between,but this is rather hard on us as the baby sleeps with mommy and there is just no room. under each mat there is about 15 inches deepx15 high of storage. forming a u shape.on top of the storage are 36 inch wide plywood tops for the mats to lay down on. i would like to be able to use the room in the daytime for sitting and not sleeping, with thoughts of even installing a removable table.i cant remove the boxes as they cover the wheel wells and hide other stuff that i have no idea about.i will also need a good source for cushions that will double as a mattress.

My wife and I are EXTREMELY pleased with - the 6" memory foam mattress we got at (of all things) WALMART

We bought the king size and cut them down for our 2 - 30" x 80" twin beds

They are more confortable them our EXPENSIVE home mattress

They have memory foam on one side and regular foam an the other

Just get waterproff mattress covers for the baby and you should be all set

I suspect you will get more answers if you change the subject to "Mattress recommendation" or "Setting up twin beds as a seating area," or similar title.

Most reading the current subject line will think you need help with your differential or drive axle; many who have nothing to contribute on that front won't even open the thread.

We wanted to use our bedroom for seating when going on day trips so we removed the bed and put in a couch and dinette from a different conversion. It takes about 2 hours to change over by myself. The dinette makes into a bed and the couch makes into a bed. When they are made into beds it only leaves 6" between the two for an isle. It has worked out great so far and we may leave it that way when we take the grandkids on spring break. We are thinking of putting a board to cover the gap and adding a memory foam mattress, like RTS/Daytona uses, to make one big bed. It is not perfect but it works.

jacknives are expensive  and i also have humps over the tires that might interfere with the sofa.cushions would be $509 not including covers so at least a grand......

Sean, I must respectfully disagree.  I thought this was a post about needing to go on a diet due to a large "seating area".    Sorry!  Just couldn't help myself!  I'll just go to sit in my corner now.

That is expensive. I've seen the jack knife hardware on the net to build the sofa assemblies, upholstery costs can get out of hand. Mark

i have a jacknife i could use but there is no room b/c of the humps  and i also like the idea of a u shape.  but i think i will just have to forget it all and put a queen mattress i already have in the back.

If you not going to carry people often, just get some big throw pillows and let them lounge back there on the bed.

If you are having problems with your rear seating area, I suggest that you visit your local bus proctologist to ease you seating problem.
