Nick,

I'd check the float level in your carburetor.  ;)

Maybe your spark plug wires are leaking.

This is bad. Everyone knows that if an 8V92 starts leaking gasoline, your bus is worn out.  ;D
I suggest you donate it to a nut in the carolinas - - I hear those busnuts don't need to actually drive their buses to enjoy them. Besides, their neighbors might like to see a good looking bus parked beside their non-running junk.  :o  ::)

Can't but help laughing at that pict.  It sounds like your canuter valve is hitting your exhaust bearing just right so your ramfratter is plugging the justafrim.

I'm not a mechanic, so I'll give you the same advice they usually give me: Your muffler bearings are out of adjustment. Won't take but a minute and only cost you a few bucks plus parts.

Hi yo silver

Nick,
It's nothing a bucket of propwash and a piece of flight line won't fix.  I thought that horse was my ex-boss, but then I realized it was the wrong end! LOL
