Before-you-buy checklist

I put together a list of questions to ask the seller of a previously converted coach.  Suggestions would be appreciated.

Lin, Not bad, you did good. You might add, is there any surge protection for the 50 amp service coming in. If it's there I missed it.

AJ, of course it can be copied, that's the whole point.  I know that if I speak to someone, I forget to ask at least half the questions that could be useful, so I thought a checklist would help.  The idea is not that all the answers have to be positive, just that I could get a clearer picture of what is being offered.  Thanks
