Dishonest Advertising

I received an email from Woodworkers Journal promoting a CD with 100's of tips, etc for 14.99 with "free" shipping. So I decided to order it. But the "fine print" said extra charges for international orders(I live in Canada). But there was no way to find out the "eXtra" charges on the "free" delivery prior to purchase. and then to top it off there was a spot on the form to put in the State/province except it didn't give you any provinces to select from. It would have been so much easier if they just would had said" available in the US only"!
