Well, I was going to go with my own design air leveling system.  Side-to-side works great, but I'm not impressed with front-to-back leveling capability required at a few sites I have been in over the years.  On an MCI, can I presume greater lift differential height front-to-back with jacks?

Tomhamrick,

Tell me more about the individual power pack for each jack.  Are they still available?  Are they the 12vdc motorized jack they sold for RV's in the 90's?  I can't remember the name.

You all with Bigfoot jacks,

I checked their site and downloaded their pfd brochure.  The shown jack pads are 8 sided 10" x 10", but the photos of RVs show a round pad.  What is Quadra selling now?

I don't remember the jack manufacturer name, but had hydraulic jacks with round pads on a diesel pusher years ago.  On a very slight slope in my driveway, a jack broke and spilled fluid everywhere.  I always thought the non-movable pad design was a poor idea for that very reason.  What say from those of you using Bigfoot jacks for a long time?  Does the jack pad have to contact level ground??

Also, their brochure shows only one hydraulic line for each jack.  If that's the case and it's a one-way system, how do they retract the ram without springs??

Any of you have Bigfoot on your MCI?

What is "Remote mounting capability"??

Luvrbus,

Is Sonnie in Quartzsite?  Is he there during the "off season"?

Thanks for the input.  Chuck

I don't have a big foot on my MC9 but I do have a big pillow, and I just move it to the higher side of the bed :D
It's all fun and games til someone gets hurt. ;)

Where would the mounting points be on a MC-7 at the front and rear? Anyone have pictures?
