RJ, good news.  I liked the part about a transit passenger trying to flag you down.

When I had TranSign make me a new sign curtain, I included "WRONG BUS".  I've always wanted that destination.  I'm sure it gives the DART drivers a kick when they see it.

Another one I've read here, but not in time (fortunately, as far as my wife is concerned), is Sonova Beach.

Having the bus in storage would be the pits. I don't know how some manage to work on one if it's not within walking distance.

One thing I noticed about NM, AZ, and CA is that everything standing still is tagged. I even made that comment to RJ when out there. I joked that I needed to leave my bus out unattended overnight because I am in need of new paint in a bad way. Because of the POs paint scheme, RJ said it looked like a prison bus. I liked it and wanted to put that on the destination sign, but the rest of the family is putting up a lot of resistance so I am waiting to see if anyone has anything better.

I am using the slower paint removal method. I don't have a bus shed so in the winter when water gets into the small microscopic paint cracks and freezes, it lifts the paint right off. I am probably looking at another 10 yrs before the process is complete.

Good to hear all went well RJ.
