You laugh, but I have some grit blades for just that purpose & I've sucessfully shaped some tile with them.

I've had more sucess in making a pile of cracked tiles interlaced with broken grit blades tho . . . .


Hmmmm, sesame oil you say? I may have to try that next time since I don't have a Water Jet in the shop.  :(

(& I thought the Laser at work was cool at being able to cut up to 3/4" carbon steel & 1/2" stainless. . . .
The EPA doesn't like it when they cut plastic or wood . . . .  ::) )

I wish I had the talent to cut it out by hand, although it will be covered by the toilet and no one will see it!  I figured i would post it here before I covered it up.   

The water jet is cool, I have cut 3" thick aluminum and steel with it!  It made the tile cut in less than one minute!
