It won't open for me either, I just get a blank screen. I use Firefox if that makes a difference.

No.  If you look carefully, you will see this thread is from four years ago.  The person who started this thread and developed/owned the map you are trying to reach, Richard Bowyer (Driving Miss Lazy) passed away in 2008.

Also, I think Platial pulled the plug on Frappr! in January.
